Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM
- Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Holiday Season & Statutory Holidays:
- Expect delays during November/December and on statutory holidays.
Delivery Estimates (Post-Shipping):
- Ontario: 1-3 business days
- Quebec: 1-4 business days
- New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia: 5-8 business days
- Newfoundland & PEI: 7-8 business days (delays expected)
- USA: 2-8 business days, excluding customs delays
- Rural Areas: Delivery times may vary.
Shipping Policy:
- Multiple orders to the same address on the same day will be combined.
- Saturdays and Sundays are not business days; please exclude them from delivery time calculations.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct address is entered during checkout; Bibliotheque de Parfum is not liable for incorrect addresses.
- Couriers may leave packages at the door; Bibliotheque de Parfum is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
- Shipping Protection: Please enable this at checkout to protect against loss, damage, or theft. Deselecting it removes Bibliotheque de Parfum liability for any issues.
