Shipping Costs

Free tracked shipping is available when the order value after discounts and before taxes reaches:

Canada: C$100 or more
United States: US$100 or more

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, available shipping methods and the exact shipping cost are calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Processing may take longer during November, December, promotional periods, and statutory holidays.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are shipped with Canada Post or UPS. Available shipping methods depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include the 1–3 business day processing period.

Ontario: 1–3 business days
Quebec: 1–4 business days
New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia: 5–8 business days
Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island: 7–8 business days
United States: 2–8 business days, excluding possible customs delays

Delivery to rural or remote locations may require additional time. Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur after a parcel has been transferred to the carrier.

Payment Methods

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, major credit and debit cards, and Afterpay for eligible orders.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s device, location, currency, and order eligibility. All available options are displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout: CAD for Canada and USD for the United States.
