Return policy

At the time of delivery, you may return a product if there are damages to the item and if the fault is on our end. Returns are not guaranteed without photo evidence of the damaged item. Returns cannot be completed due to change of preference for the product. We shall not be able to credit or replace any items which have been kept beyond a period of three (3) days. We will make the appropriate adjustments to your order value once your item has been approved for a refund determined by Bibliotheque de Parfum.

Bibliotheque de Parfum declines all liability in the event of theft of product deposited in front of your address provided during the purchase (in the absence of an indication provided by the customer during the transaction).

When your return is accepted, you can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order, it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for Testers and Preowned bottles (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 25% if the bottle is not returned in its original packaging. Note that the shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless the error was on our part. We don’t accept returns of Niche fragrances unless they are unopened, still sealed, and never sprayed. We are not responsible for any reformulation changes from the Brands, which have resulted in a change of scent, bottle, and packaging.

If a refund is to be provided for reasons other than damage to the product, Bibliotheque de Parfum will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the refund and this amount will be deducted from your order amount.
